ORDERING

When you have completed a purchase, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. This means that your order has gone through. However, it is only when you have received a delivery confirmation that your order is approved and sent. Should a problem arise with your order, we will contact you via email in the first instance. In the event of any price errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders.

PAYMENT

Our payments go through SHOPIFY Payments. Here you are offered many different payment methods and all your payment information is protected against unauthorized access. The payment methods we offer are:

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

You must provide valid and accurate delivery information. If Get the Gallop AB receives back a package that was sent to the wrong address or not picked up, a repurchase will be made and you will be charged a fee of SEK 100.

PROMOTIONS

It is not possible to combine any discount codes with other campaigns or offers, unless otherwise stated.

DELIVERY

In Sweden, we offer delivery with Postnord MyPack Collect. In the checkout you will see information about the expected delivery time and prices for all delivery options. We offer free delivery for all orders over SEK 1,200.

Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service. We reserve the right that during sale and campaign periods there may be a delay in the processing of your order and the delivery time may therefore be longer.

You are responsible for checking that the delivery and the products are undamaged in connection with receiving the package.

PRICES

All prices on getthegallop.com are stated in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right to price changes due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We reserve the right for possible typos on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

RETURN & RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have a 30-day right of return from the day you collect your order, this also applies to reduced-price goods. The item must be returned in its original condition, the item must be unused and have an intact packaging and attached labels. Do not tape or write on products that have an associated box when returning. In case of damaged product packaging (eg Skultuna jewelry packaging) a fee of SEK 100 is added.

We reserve the right to refuse or make a reduction in value if the item's condition has changed to such an extent that it can no longer be sold to another customer without making a deduction from the sale price. All returns and complaints therefore undergo an approval assessment before they are accepted.

Returns within Sweden cost SEK 69 for all of our delivery options. The cost of return within the EU 8 Euro, outside the EU 12 USD/GBP.

Should there be something wrong with your order/complaint, we will of course be responsible for the return shipping.

In case of approved cancellation of purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 21 days.

COMPLAINT

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce. Complaints about a broken product must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered, but no later than 1 year from the time of purchase. For more information on how to register a complaint click here. Please note that the broken product must be kept until the case is resolved. If the product is not in stock or has expired, we will contact you before further processing. We normally handle complaint cases within 3-14 working days.
